• Turn off all lights
• Adjusting the heating sistem to "Away", keeping the climate confortable for your return
• Activation of security sensors for increased security 
• Activating notification to your devices if motion is detected

When you arrive home, Ultra Smart Home can manage the following for you:

• Open entrace gate and garage door
• Turn on the garden lights if the sun is below horizon
• Unlock doors
• Turns on the lights from living areas
• Turns on the TV and changes to favorite channel
• Adjusts the temperature to the desired level for your confort

When you plan to entertain, Ultra Smart Home can manage the following for you:

• Adjust the blinds/courtains to close position and dim the lights when you start watching a movie
• Lock all doors
• Start "Party Mode" in the room you plan to party
• In case guests are still arriving and they ring the doorbell, the volume of party devices turn down and on the tv screen is diplayed the entrance camera

When you work out, Ultra Smart Home can manage the following for you:

• Adjust temperature in the work out area
• Turn on entartainment devices (TV, Music) in work out mode
• Adjust lighting level in the work out area
